Leadership
Mani Subramanian, FCMAA, AIA, CCM, DBIA, LEED AP
Principal
Mani, a registered architect and a certified construction manager with more than 35 years of experience, has served as principal-in-charge, program director, project manager and construction manager for major correctional, healthcare, energy, educational, and other public facilities projects.
Mani is an expert on alternative delivery methods that include Lease-Lease Back and Design-Build in addition to the traditional design-bid-build approach. Mani has overseen condition assessments, planning and execution of design and construction plans for multiple school districts.
Karl Schultz, CCM, LEED AP
Vice President
Karl, certified construction manager with more than 29 years of experience, has served as principal-in-charge, project director, project manager and construction manager for education, healthcare, justice and public facilities programs and projects.
In addition to the traditional design-bid-build approach to construction, Karl has extensive experience in alternative delivery methods that include Design-Build, Lease-Lease Back and Multi-prime delivery methods .
Karl has lead the conditions assessment, masterplanning and the development of implementation plans for major K-14 education programs
Teri Cruz,
Vice President
Teri offers a wealth of knowledge gained from 25 years engaged in the AEC industry. She began her career in the AEC industry as an assistant project manager for a mid-sized engineering firm. Teri has served in roles of Sr. Project Manager, Director, and Vice President of Business Strategy for engineering and construction management firms at the local and national level.
She has spent the bulk of her career in close collaboration with clients, helping them achieve their individual goals and objectives. With a solid reputation as a trusted advisor, Teri provides informed guidance on complex leadership, operational, and strategic issues.
